December 8, 2022 - Ruby. Mature fruit and american oak on nose. Pleasantly rich. Perfumed taste and tight tannins on the tongue. Worked well with beef, but unsettled and still very young. Would give at least another handful of years.

June 1, 2022 - Black and red fruit up front, middle width in the core with licorice and earth, finishes with some weight & cottony tannins but not excessively and a lick of acidity. Solidly made, good for-price wine that's ready to rock right now and got better with some air.
