Community Tasting Notes 1

April 22, 2024 - A wonderful peachy, light yellow wine. Very fruit forward on the palate, with good acidity (for a pinot blanc) - slightly salty notes in the backpalate. On the nose this wine is generally quite subdued but there's luckily a lot of fruit on the palate (what I'd be looking for in a wine in this class).
On day two though unfortunately the wine shows less bright, with the alcohol being present on the palate. There's more slatey minerality that shows, but the wine as a whole seems slightly less well balanced.
