March 19, 2007 - The New Face of Hungary (Manchester): The grape here is proper French gewurztraminer grown on soils and in a climate similar to Alsace. A mid lemon gold. Heavy, syrupy nose with lots of rose petals and some serious minerality. This is a fresh, light, notably dry gewurztraminer in the mouth with very good acidity. Simple but pleasing.
