Der Wein wird angetrocknet und vor Weihnachten werden die entrappten Trauben gepresst und während 9 Jahren in Holzfässern ausgebaut. 16% Alkohol, pH 3.61, 7.18g Säure, 44.8 g/l Trockenextrakt) Leuchtendes Bernstein. Intensive Nase, Honig, Kräuter, oxidative Töne, Sherry, Feigen, Nüsse, sehr komplex. Im Gaumen kräftig, intensiv, sehr konzentriert und doch nicht schwerfällig, die Säure hält das Süssweinpaket frisch, leicht oxidative Noten dominieren den Abgang.
