April 27, 2024 - Pale golden colour. Fruity and floral nose. Palate is mineralic, high acidity, salinity and light fruit notes. Very bright and alive. Good wine but not overly complex.

February 17, 2024 - This is hands-down the greatest young vintage of this I’ve tried, and I’ve been following the wine for over 10 years — just perfect! great but not searing, acidity and all the character you would want from Assyrtiko growing in volcanic soils near the sea.

June 18, 2023 - Flawless. So much mineral, saline, salty, volcanic goodness in this glass. It is pure, and precise. High tension with a long finish. Not the cheapest but given Santorini's production and scarcity it makes sense.
I had this with muscles in a cream and white wine sauce it all just sung. Enjoy it chaps! -
