May 26, 2022 - Pale green gold colour
Intense nose, lemon, green apple, saline with a leafy herb note.
Very dry, intense mouth-watering acidity, good balance, green apple and that herby note. Freshly-baked croissant on the finish, creamy, lovely texture.
It's really quite extraordinary the elegance and precision Peter Hall gets out of this much-maligned grape variety. Still an absolute baby, this taste like it's going to last for year. A very distinctly English style. Superb.
