July 7, 2023 - 14% ABV. Pale salmon appearance. Notes of Cranberry, strawberry, vanilla, smoke, florals. Medium length finish. Medium+ acidity.

Aged in majority neutral French oak and 25% stainless steel. Medium body. More body and substance in a rose than I’ve had before, different. I’m a fan.

April 5, 2023 - A nice rose, light pink coloration with notes of bright fruit, good acidity with satisfying finish.

August 13, 2022 - Taste of apricots and peaches and peachy color. Silky smooth on the tongue. Sweeter rose with a nice complex flavor profile.
