December 17, 2023 - Really focused on the tiki drink / ango bitters vibe. Nose is sour cherries and kind of brushy brambles. Structure is acid centered with a balanced light body. Solid savory elements and then the finish is all that lovely mix of aromatics and bitters.

April 14, 2023 - Nose: strawberry, dusty black fruit reminiscent of Rioja, milk chocolate powder, vanilla, and graphite. Dried fruit - carob.
Palate: medium-bodied, balanced.
