Very fruit forward and round and lush…
Maybe leans new world vs traditional
    Quite delish

January 1, 2024 - Day 1: Still young, shows lots of black plum, blueberry, and Blackberry fruit, with thyme, violet, and a bit of baking spice and raw meat. The tannins are still really compact, leaving mostly the fresh fruit, thyme, and minerality to drive the palate. It’s a well put-together wine, just needs either air if drinking now or a few years in the cellar.

Day 2: fruit has tightened up, more focused blueberries and blackberries, but now there’s a lot more spice, baking and black pepper, violet, earth, tar, and minerality. The thyme has moved a bit to the background, and roasted meat kind of is in the background on the nose, but influences the palate much more. A beautiful wine.
