December 1, 2023 - High intensity aromas of pear, lime, ripe stonefruit, smoke, white flowers, honey, hint of yeast. Its beautifully balanced on the palate with ripe fruit echoing the nose and minerality, with a fantastic acid ending in a very long juicy finish
