April 21, 2024 - Nose: Slight reductive mineral note, stone fruit and citrus.
Palate: Lemon rinds, lime, stone fruit, chamomile and good minerality. High crisp acidity and long finish.
A blend of Chardonnay, Roussanne, Chenin, Verdelho and Muscat. Best described as an Alheit, it has that trademark minerality and reductiveness when first opened. It needs some time to open up a bit more and then starts giving more and more. Soaring acidity and citrus notes. Supported by great minerality and a long finish. You can let this rest in your cellar for quite some time yet without worry. Fantastic value at around 30 euros. -
