February 17, 2024 - 13.5% alkohol. 15 år gamle vinstokker fra vinmarker som ligger sørvendt 450 m.o.h. Skallmaserasjon i 15-20 dager. Lagret 12 måneder på store, brukte, slavonske botti.
Enkel, men leskende og god CC. Røde kirsebær, tørket urter og lær. Grei friskhet og milde tanniner, men mangler det lille ekstra. -

November 10, 2023 - From a 375ml bottle. Subtle spice and tobacco on the nose. Medium bodied, smooth and supple, showing subtle tart cherries with a hint of tobacco and firm acidity. A solid and nice chianti.
