December 19, 2023 - Ciders are not my cup of tea, but glad I tried this, nonetheless. I have one more bottle. Drink within 3-6 mos.

December 16, 2023 - Couldn’t get over the medicinal flavor and aroma. Left open for a couple hours and it got a little better but not my kind of drink for me.

Granted this was a dry cider and maybe I haven’t had enough cider to prepare myself, but the medicinal taste was just too much.

July 4, 2023 - Very nicely balanced. Organic. Extra Brut (but not too austere). 14G. Get more.

April 25, 2023 - Earthy, metallic, dried apples, nutmeg. Fairly dry but not in any way austere. Enjoyable and food-friendly, but not terribly complex. Lives mostly in the front third of the mouth, fades away as it moves back. Then returns to life with a medium-length aftertaste. (Rated using the same scale that I use for wine--would probably deserve a slightly higher score on a scale designed specifically for cider.) [Tasted over an hour from the Jancis Robinson glass.]
