  November 9, 2023 - Brought to a tasting. This time much improved! Now mostly fresh, with a little bitter twang to the ending that probably is related to alcohol but at least didn’t come off as ”heat”. Not as pretty as the 2020, but a good wine that was appreciated blind by my tasting group.

  August 19, 2023 - Tons of fruit, I dont pick up any heat flavors. Very nice.

  July 1, 2023 - Serious Rosés at Full Circle: Dark red in colour. Lifted, slightly natural nose with red cherries. Slightly disappointed by the palate which was a little sweet and lacking in depth.

  January 9, 2023 - I had no signs of too much heat. Not strong acidity but enough to give it a good balance.
