June 11, 2022 - The aromatics are amazing. Very perfumed with some strawberry and red licorice as well as things that remind me, by turns, of both young nebbiolo and gamay. Interesting textural progression over two hours as the initial weightlessness gave into tannins that kind of snuck up out of nowhere. Can't wait to see where these go.
