Community Tasting Notes 2

August 4, 2022 - Great surprise. Purchased for a song on a whim. Extra bottle at the end of the night that held up to 01/02 Jadot CSJ and 2005 Bouchard Aux Reignots. In such a perfect place. Meating and dense with close to fully integrated tannins. Bright fruit, but still a serious wine.

August 3, 2022 - Killer little village wine. It was dark in color with no bricking or signs of age. Extremely fresh on the palate with plenty of ripe black fruit, earth and well integrated, sophisticated tannins. Unbelievably, this wine still tasted somewhat young. In a bling tasting I would rate it as a high end 1er Cru. Needless-to-say, this wine was a real surprise on the upside.
