April 9, 2024 - Fleshy black cherries, chalk, oak spice, and a plummy, coffee-like finish. Chewy tannins, fresh acidity. Very nice value for $21.

January 12, 2024 - Medium ruby-garnet color in the glass with smoky nose of red cherry, dark plum, and leather. Bright acidity, full body, and fairly intense drying tannins that turn dusty. Richly concentrated flavors of salty plum, strawberry, and a little oregano with black cherry coming out on the finish. Young but balanced and pretty tasty, if a little too smoky on the nose. Could also stand to have just a little less residual sugar. Surprisingly long for the price!

November 26, 2023 - Nice nose, good forward fruit. Moves to a light mid palate and rather short finish. Not bad, just not great. A decent weekday wine. Would be better at sub-$20.
