October 28, 2008 - Bright fruit notes upfront, excellent nose of pear, Ya gotta love the sierra nevada foothills. Amador county has some fantastic wines coming from that are especially in the Fairplay area. It's a great time up there especially now as the temprature is dropping and the leaves are beginning to fall. Here comes the winter!!
