    December 5, 2023 - (WSET 4 tasting note)

    Appearance: Clear, pale lemon green.

Nose: Clean, medium intense, green apple, pear, apricot, yoghurt, elderflower, dill.

Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium= body. Medium alcohol. Medium intensity. green apple, pear, apricot, yoghurt, elderflower, dill, green pepper, tomate leaf. Medium finish

This is a good quality wine. Sufficient primary fruit, some secondary aromas. For it to be a very good quality wine, it needs a longer finish and more complexity.

Not suitable for bottle ageing, it lacks enough primary fruit to develop further.

June 29, 2022 - Lunch at Min Jiang, London (Royal Park Hotel, Kesington, London): We had a few bottles of this in one sitting, and each was very much enjoyed. A very fresh, lively wine, with green apples and gooseberries, both on the attractive nose, as well as the juicy palate. A bit simple maybe, but also sleek and stylish and impeccably balanced. A great food wine.
