July 19, 2022 - Sommelier Scholarship Fund Tasting (Popina - Brooklyn NY): Walk around tasting. Very good depth, power and concentration, but still at least as much in reserve as pleasure coming through now. This certainly needs until at least 2025, but probably 2030 to really strut its stuff.

March 11, 2022 - La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Walk around tasting vertical. Big and dense black fruit, lots of concentration, lots of structure. I do not know when this will emerge from its dormancy, but there is enough stuffing to last until whenever. I think this has 91-92 potential, and will guess from 2030.

December 15, 2019 - Expressive nose of red and dark fruit, lots of spices, sour cherry and prominent oak still. Dense palate, blind you could be guessing Northern Rhone as well. Bright acidity, dense, a touch rustic. Good but not so much my style, I prefer PM’s whites.
