February 11, 2022 - I was a little nervous that this wine was past it’s prime. It’s still amazing. So cool to tast the terroir of Justin almost three decades later.

February 7, 2021 - This had been perfectly stored and was in a vibrant middle age. Gorgeous balance with subdued notes of menthol currants and leather it was very much alive and a great match for braised beef shank over polenta. A surprise!

June 29, 2011 - Bit over the hill. Some prune in the finish.
