November 28, 2023 - The wine has a cloudy appearance, red fruited (strawberry, raspberry), rather perfumed with a natty twist that doesn't quite enter the outright dirty territory. You'd have easily mistaken this for a Jura or natural modern Burgundian maker. The palate however did not best the nose, with a rather light (bordering hollow) and spicy body. There is also very evident stems usage. Not build to age, but there's actually some enjoyment to be found. Also, I'd never have guessed this came out of China and it's probably time to recalibrate my understanding about Chinese wines.

June 4, 2023 - V cloudy, organic, decent Pinot nose but v light on the palate, starts gain bit more weight in the glass but still a simple wine, a novelty
