Community Tasting Notes 2

November 16, 2022 - Bottle 1396g. Moderately intense aromas of dark fruit, dry soil, a sweet floral top note and something green/fresh. Dry, with elevated mouth-watering acidity, moderate dusty tannins, full-bodied, 14.5°. Dark, rather lean fruit on the palate. Seems disjointed; maybe it needs more time to come together.

October 6, 2022 - A little more juicy with greater acidity than the Firmo. Less earth and greener tannins. Didn't prefer to the Firmo although this wine also paired nicely with the local Bierzo cuisine over dinner.
