February 14, 2024 - Medium body (14%) pale gold wine. Great fruit nose. Needed an hour to open before apple and pear fruit appeared - almost like a chardonnay. Super finish.

February 10, 2024 - Nearly a year after my first bottle, I find this wine to have only improved with cellaring.
Aromas of tropical fruit, peach, and caramel cheesecake are carried by an ethereal creaminess to a gracefully mineral finish that keeps your attention long after the glass has been put down.

February 6, 2024 - From a half-bottle. Grassy nose, but unable to shake that sweet tropical fruit salad tone present in most California Sauvignon blancs. Luscious fruit, but a bit too sweet on the finish for my taste.
