Soft on the palate, with silky tannins. Light and delicate. More concentraated than the 2019? -

s'il goutait mal au printemps, campé sur une réduction épicée msquant le fruit, il s'est ouvert et offre la trame acidulée et étirée des vins du domaine, ce style digeste et sans lourdeur avec son fruité floral printanier (cerise, iris, pivoine, groseille). La structure est certes moins impressionnante que "Chassignol", le plus élégant, cependant "Blémonts" garde une suavité fraiche de bon aloi, une gourmandise dans la rondeur.
