January 14, 2024 - Ripe and overripe cranberry and raspberry with some substantial potting soil and compost notes. Slightly vegetal but primarily fruit driven and very juicy on the palette. Medium minus body, medium plus acidity, very lean texture with pretty well integrated alcohol at 13.8%. Overall a well made wine, not extremely complex but great with food. Drank with Jack and Kel over a meal of roast chicken, carrots and romesco, cheese and mushroom polenta, and an apple goat cheese salad.

January 13, 2024 - Lovely as usual. Slightly darker fruit than typical.

December 29, 2023 - The wine was consumed at a restaurant and we found it to be very nice. It has black cherry fruit, Asian spices, some earthiness and savory notes with a medium finish. This is for near-term enjoyment, not for long-term cellaring.

November 27, 2023 - Didn't take good notes -paired well with grilled salmon. Noticed a slight metallic note on palate which was a little off-putting. Other than that, a solid mid-week Pinot. 89+/- not a re-buy.

October 2, 2023 - The nose has pure black cherry fruit and some floral spice from the whole bunch. The palate is rich and velvety, with good intensity and some moss and earth savoury nuance. It has good presence and drive and is utterly delicious.
