Community Tasting Notes 3

December 14, 2023 - Delicate and complex nose of clean linen, herb, flowers, and mandarin orange. The palate is a little washed out, however. I adore Vermentino for it's waxy/salty notes and hints of almond, but this one is more citrus-forward than anything and doesn't deliver all the layers I crave. Solid but unremarkable.

October 26, 2022 - Pale green.Lovely acidity, slight herbal element to add to peaches and greengage. Slightly oily feel to it. From a hillside to the east of Cassis below the cliffs, a parcel of vines about ten years old. Cannot be called Cassis as 100% Vermentino. Intersting but wouldn't be my first pick.

September 12, 2022 - Stone fruit, salinity, perfect acidity.
