October 4, 2022 - This is an aromatic dry white blend of Malvasia (80%) and Erbaluce (20%). The nose is punchy, with notes of rosewater, musk and rockmelon. It is fresh and fruity with a mineral base and dry. Precise finish. It worked wonderfully well with fresh goats cheese with fennel and herbs.
