December 25, 2022 - Nose/Floral - all funky cedar and dusty deliciousness
Sweet - honey & butterscotch central
Nutty - pecan pie
Spicy - cinnamon is there, but compared to modern Turkey it’s not as much of a cinnamon bomb
Earthy - touch of tobacco
Smoky - no
Woody - hits you up front with mild cedar astringency, but it’s not overwhelming
Fruit - light candied apple notes
Color - dark amber
Palate - up front just mild cedar, then cinnamon and spice
Finish - just hangs with you, in that glorious dusty funk way
Value - expensive but worth it
Overall - I mean it’s a benchmark amongst dusties for a reason. Covers all the bases. Delicious. Elegant. Proofed perfectly with enough depth to leave you wanting more -

October 31, 2022 - 1990 Dusty Wild Turkey 8/101 fresh crack. All dark dank cedar, cherry, and sour wood. Nose is amazing. Dusty perfection.
