May 15, 2024 - Gardenias, lemon juice, orange juice, fresh pasta dough on the nose. A little yeasty, and I'm guessing there issome lees influence here. Some plastic too, guessing from reduction. Medium + intensity of aromas. The palate is simple, showing mostly the citrus and plastic. Unfortunately loses the yeastiness, which was the most interesting part of the nose. Medium intensity of flavors.
Medium body with medium acid. Drink now. Probably was meant to be drunk a year or so ago. Simple; but not unpleasant. -
