September 10, 2023 - Strong nose of licorice, blackcurrant, and grape must. Firm strawberry notes in its initial palate, exceedingly dry and tannic, probably the most astringent wine I've had, faint citrus note, softens into a lingering aftertaste of sweet grape must and fading tannins. Definitely unique, but delicious all the same.
