February 22, 2024 - Wow! As I'm doing this note it is from the small amount left from the bottle that was opened 54 hours ago, kept outside the refrigerator just on the counter, and drinking it at room temperature and it has not changed a bit. For fans of bone dry lines with great acidity and lots of menerality and this is a must try. Incredible qpr. This is one of the most famous producers in the region. Very light gold color, bouquet of minerals, slate and Stone. Medium bodied and concentrated with loads of flavor and excellent bracing racing acidity. Flavors of dry melon, dry Peach, citrus, minerals, slate, Stone. Long finish. Drinking beautifully now based on its acidity and structure this probably can go for several years before it becomes less interesting. The certain has at least another 3 to 5 years on it possibly longer.

February 8, 2024 - Need to drink at room temperature or close to it. Pale light gold color. Dry peach, mineral, slate, dry melon bouquet. Good concentration, bone dry, crip with good acidity and minerality. Melon, dry pear, dry peach, mineral, saltiness, slate, stone flavors with a long acidic finish. Great balance. Still very young. Incredible QPR. Drinks beautifully now at room temperature, but should last (likely longer than we would predict). As we say in the south, it's "Slap yo mama good".
