Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Thin legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of citrus green lime, steely minerality, saline. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, good high acidity, low alcohol (12%), medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus green lime, steely minerality, salty saline, rich volcanic soil and spice. Medium+ finish.
Very good quality. Lovely nose with more air, but palate tight and focused and not showing fully yet I suppose. Maybe another year or two for this. -
