February 3, 2012 - tight on opening, nicely integrated after an hour but not sure of QPV on this one

May 15, 2011 - Was an almost perfect bottle. Once opened a was able to breathe. Nice berry taste with a hint blackberry.

November 23, 2010 - Brillamt color and aroma. An amazingly smooth finish. The second bottle in a year or 2 will be even better. PAired well with wild bison patty melts. brought out the protein in the meat. highly recommended. they may not be doing the Vineyard X anymore, grab it if you can.

November 11, 2010 - Drinking perfectly now, at peak, and should hold for several more years at this level. Nicely integrated, balanced, tannins have softened and really delicious. Oak, leather, smoke have emerged but don't dominate the cassis-laden fruit, which is still rich and beckoning; finishes long and satisfying.
