May 17, 2022 - Fermentado en barricas de roble y luego criado por 12 meses en barricas de roble francés nuevo (70%) y de segundo y tercer uso (30%).
Hacía mucho que no lo tomaba. Es uno de mis Chardonnay favoritos y cada vez que lo vuelvo a tomar pienso que debería hacerlo más seguido. 😍
