August 9, 2023 - Has mild acid, medium tannin, EtOH mild, short length, fruit forward with plum, raspberry jam, strawberry. Juicy. Milk chocolate. Tastes good, well made, fair for the price. Lacks some complexity and length on the finish, but really can’t complain too much here.
