September 3, 2023 - This is our type of Chardonnay. Lots of tropical fruit and a hint of butter. Viscous. Lingering aftertaste

March 31, 2023 - Full bodied, with nice enough notes of jack fruit, pineapple, spices, and a whiff of marzipan. A whiff of salt cuts across the midpalate and through the finish. A lack of balancing cut made it just a bit too much for me.

January 15, 2023 - Dark straw colour. Nose of pineapple, vanilla. Buttery full palate with some peach. Finish doesn’t hold together that well.
