December 31, 2021 - Notes of green apples and also showing some signs of maturity, ie almonds, brioche and honey. Firm acidity but not overwhelming. Nice and tasty, but it doesn’t blow my mind.

Pale straw color
Very intense nose of citrus biscuit and yeast with citrus notes
Dense palate and refrshing acidity . Lovely aroma .
