  April 27, 2024 - 미디움정도의 bold와 당도가 전혀없는 드라이하지만 산도가 받쳐줘 해산물과 잘 어울림. 쭈꾸미 샤브샤브와 마리아주가 좋음.

  April 25, 2024 - Medium yellow with aromatic scent of lime, grapefruit and straw. I tasted lime, flint and grapefruit —which gave it that slight bitter finishing. It has that signature saline sapidity that is expected of a Chablis.
  
  Medium bodied at 12.5% ABV (not excessive) with medium acidity and a medium finish. It leaves a clean palate after some time. In this regard, some may find this wine light, even watery, but I think it is a sign of its refinement, where there is an “end” with a nice soft finish.
  
  Appellation-wise. this is not Grand Cru or Premier Cru but a third tier, village-level Chablis. It is ok taste-wise and I do not want to over-state this bottle. It is not peak level Chardonnay etc. Just a nice middle-of-the-road village-level Chablis.
