A bottle of a Cuvée from a relatively recent creation, in 2018. Lots of fruit, tons of wood on the nose. Direct, rustic and monotonous style on the palate. Immediately boring and repetitive. Estilo directo, rústico y monótono al paladar. Enseguida aburrido y repetitivo. Esperaba mucho más de este Castello di Ama. March 13, 2024 - Walkabout tasting, no detailed notes. Denser than the base offering but also stays light with silky tannins. Very little aroma here, a bit of clay and red flowers. Very expensive for what it is.
