January 10, 2023 - Tänk rosé. Tänk beaujolais. Tänk jordgubbssaft. Tänk mycket frukt. Lägg sedan på bra med syra, mjuka tanniner och lite kryddor (peppar?) i doften. Lätt i känslan och ganska tunn i färgen. Låter som en märklig kombinatin kanske, men gott! Och lite annorlunda. Den blir nog ännu bättre en sommardag med en lättare kycklingrätt eller grillad fisk till.
Har nog inte druckit något på druvan grignolino tidigare, men detta var en kul bekantskap!
