  July 28, 2023 - Light plus ruby. Slightly cloudy. Black tea and strawberry with lots of earthiness. Although a lighter wine it did have a little bit of tannic structure. Decent with our charcuterie board. Didn't pair with this Ovalie Cendrée aged goat cheese though.

  July 6, 2023 - Cherry, dried flowers, bright and clean on the nose. Lightweight, but surprisingly grippy, chewy tannins. Some herbal bitterness that's very pleasant. Probably really good with food.

  May 6, 2023 - Light plus ruby. Good start and great with homemade pizza. M didn't like the nose at first but it grew on her. I got rose hips, black tea, cranberry and forest floor. A little bit of wild strawberry or cherry in the palate. Nice mouthfeel too. Best with a slight chill.
  Last glass was my fave.

  March 20, 2023 - Fun, fresh, easy drinking, with a touch of effervescence and brambly red fruit. Do yourself a favor: give it a quick chill, kick back, and don't think too much about it -- just enjoy!
