July 9, 2023 - Fresh, light and balanced. Made in the popular “pale pink” style. Wonderful balance of fresh red fruits: juicy watermelon, ripe strawberry, wild raspberry and a faint hint of tart cranberry; balanced by rocky minerals and emerging acid. Perfect for a hot summer afternoon, along with spicy, stacked chicken enchiladas. Medium plus finish. Drink now while it’s still fresh. One of the better Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence roses which I’ve enjoyed.

August 30, 2022 - Lovely Cote de Provence, and third one we sampled this evening.
