April 2, 2023 - Lemon yellow and slightly cloudy.
Citrus and passion fruit on the nose. Aromas shy at first but emerged nicely after 30 minutes of opening.
Unctuous. Lemon, oak, green apple and persistent passion fruit lingering.
Perfectly balanced acidity.

March 29, 2023 - Tasted at Lavender Bistro with scallops and shrimp risotto. Great pairing.

February 7, 2023 - This is an excellent chardonnay from Kistler; crisp, well balanced, even at such a young age it's showing the potential to be an amazing wine. Color is pale yellow (not super clear), the note is a lot of citrus and flowers; body is medium -, acidity medium +, long finish with some tones of minerality. Excellent wine to rival Burgundy.

버터 바닐라가 노즈를 지배, 쌉쌀한 맛과 함께 신포도, 레몬의 맛이 느껴져서 많이 오크가 거북하지는 않다.
바쿠빈으로 막은 뒤 하루 뒤에 다시 시음
오크느낌이 많이 사라지고, 레몬과 귤의 느낌은 어제보다 더 도드라져 둘째날이 오히려 더 좋게 느껴짐1 person found this helpful Comment
