Community Tasting Notes 2

October 10, 2022 - Drinkable, inoffensive Syrah that tastes of red berries, a hint of tannin but backed up by fairly substantial acidity, tempered by some lactic elements making it smoother. Has a slightly stemmy aspect, like aggressive extraction, but it lacks concentration. No noticable pepper. Overpriced at over 20chf.

August 1, 2022 - Pop and pour. Notes from 24 hrs open, in the fridge overnight. Lovely cola and black raspberry notes on the nose and palate. Fantastic acidity, excellent density and soft velvety tannin on the finish. Excellent Syrah, but absolutely stellar for the price. Yum!
