December 6, 2020 - Had a glass at the restaurant. 16 years of age but still incredible fresh. No secondary flavor yet. Black cherry, black currant, tannin integrated nicely, a little spice. Good acidity. Medium body for a Cabernet. Open for business but can still age.

March 28, 2020 - Tried it without decanting - decided to decant without regrets - opened up nicely. It was the perfect time t drink it. Deep garnet color - wonderful nose of black currant and black berries - nice long finish - slightly tannic - Drink it now!

November 17, 2019 - This was outstanding! Uncorked and let it breath (no decant) for about 2 hours. Wowed everyone at dinner! One of the better Spring Mountain's I've had in awhile, very integrated, long lasting, and just darn tasty! This probably has another 2-4 years too!
