  February 18, 2024 - Served 3 cl. in glasses of cognac at room temperature. El Corte Inglés selection. Given that each bottle of Roku contains six (roku) Japanese botanical herbs, apparently Suntory distillery has developed its own multiple distillation process. Then the nose is flooded by very subtle floral and vegetable notes, like green tea and some citrus aromas. In the mouth it is harmonious and comes in successive layers. Very soft silky texture. Spicy pepper finish with lemon. Very interesting by itself.
  
  Servidos 3 cl. en copas de coñac a temperatura ambiente. Selección de El Corte Inglés. Dando por bueno que cada botella de Roku contiene seis (roku) hierbas botánicas japoneseas, aparentemente la destilería Suntory ha desarrollado su propio proceso de destilación múltiple. En seguida la nariz queda inundada por notas florales y vegetales muy sutiles, como de té verde y algun aroma citrico. En boca es armónico y se presenta por sucesivas capas. Textura sedosa muy suave. Final de pimienta picante con limón. Muy interesante por si misma.

  May 24, 2023 - For fans of spirits on the subtler side, Roku is the Gin for you. I tasted Roku at Flatiron Steakhouse in Brooklyn, NY. My Gin was mixed with Tonic, and I sipped it while chowing down the best Porkchop that I have ever tasted. There are many florals in this Gin, but they are not that assertive. Very nice!

  June 25, 2021 - My favorite everyday gin. Fantastic in a martini with just a kiss of vermouth; this is a lovely gin that can speak for itself.

  November 18, 2020 - This works better neat (cut with water) than in a G&T and yes as the poster says works with sushi as simpatico. My ingrained tastes of the British Empire G&T just doesn't allow this oriental incursion to gel with my liquid quinine.
