May 6, 2024 - Lemony and not overly powerful acidity. Great balance. Wonderful mouthfeel that lingers. Perfect with goat cheese. Will buy more. Special not your typical Sauvignon blanc.

November 19, 2023 - Big billowing nose, this is classic Cotat, as well as picture perfect Sancerre. Aromas of limoncello, lime, green pear, crisp green melon, fresh cut grass, lemon verbena, daffodils, a little caraway, seabreeze and clean sweat... Just barely full-bodied, zippy and lively, citrus and herbs abound, but there's a richer sweeter fruit character too. This is so fresh and crisp, but it also saturates the palate and coats every corner of it; the combo of intensity and refreshment is simply delightful. I wouldn't push it in the cellar, as the green flavors might get weird, I would drink it in the next 3 to 5 years. Might be great in 10 to 15, but I'm thinking no...

February 20, 2023 - Nothing like the profile of the 2020 La Grande recently tasted. This is a true expression of the variety and region.
Pale straw. Wonderful fresh citrus aromas.
Palate is fine and long. Excellent freshness and depth of fruit.
    Lovely wine.
