Community Tasting Notes 16

March 21, 2018 - Paper filtered and decanted leaving only a slight hint of dust behind and yielding a brilliant red liquor. Fresh aromas of raspberries and cherries and a palate of rich red fruit with a smooth glycerin finish. This wine is at its best so far and ready to drink. A long finish of red fruit lingers on the palate. So good the other night, who can resist on a snowy day?

April 23, 2015 - Paper filtered and decanted leaving a sandy coating of sediment in the filter and yielding a brilliant ruby colored liquor with fresh aromas of spicey cherries and strawberries. Slightly acidic at first, it soon opened up and revealed a wonderful palate of red fruit, underlying honeyed smoothness and a lovely finish.

June 25, 2011 - Quite the same as the year before. Still very young, so this might have a long life ahead.
