January 31, 2024 - Same impressions as rieslingfans. Love the cooler green apple and minty herb notes on this wine. Delicious juice.

January 16, 2023 - Sampled over two nights, this is classic Mosel Spätlese with plenty of zing to balance it’s healthy dose of residual sugar. It’s lovely to drink a Spätlese that is not about peaches and pineapple, but one that features lime, green apple, mint and ginger. There’s a little bit of Willi Schaefer elegance transported to Trittenheim. Fresh and very drinkable, this reminds me a lot of the 2012s when they came out. Drink now for fun, but there is plenty here for a long journey.
